Having broke his teeth in the industry qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor in his hometown of Edinburgh and later graduating from the Ashridge Executive Education program, Graeme has spent the last 30 years of his professional career in the UK construction industry, 25 of those spent specifically in the windows and doors industry.

During his time, Graeme has worked across all facets of business from; estimating, project management, operations management, logistics, sales, supplier interface and certification attainment.  

Graeme’s extensive experience and breadth of knowledge means you can rest assured his understanding of the product and its performance is second to none. It’s the reason why so many clients choose YGS as their preferred partner of choice.

Through his involvement with Henderson Hardware, Hometime Products, JCL Architectural Hardware, and other specialist distributors, Dennis has over 40 years of senior management experience building international supply chains of Builders Hardware and Architectural Hardware into the UK Timber and Builders Merchant Sectors. 

That experience is now been brought to bear on strengthening and widening the range of factories that Yorkshire Glass Solutions will seek to partner with across Europe and the Baltic States, in its ambitions to offer the most competitive and comprehensive range of high specification Doors and Windows.

Throughout his career, Dennis has also been strongly committed to the professional development of his team. Nigel joined YGS in January 2020 and has over 30 years of experience working within the Glass & Glazing industry. For the vast majority of this time he has worked for global blue chip company Glass Solutions, formerly Solaglas, part of the Saint Gobain group in a variety of senior management positions.  

Over the years, Nigel has developed a broad and deep wealth of knowledge and understanding right across the full breadth of the industry, attaining numerous accreditations along the way including a NEBOSH certificate for the management of H & S.

Nigel is at his best when he is executing the safe and timely delivery of large, commercial re-glazing contracts on time and in full. Ask anyone and they’ll tell you Nigel is an excellent communicator, with an attention to detail that is second to none. He’s the safe pair of hands who ensures our clients projects are delivered on time, and meet and often exceed our client’s expectations and quality standards.

Andrew joined the business in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience working in the building materials industry. Andrew is highly skilled in Value Engineering, Contractor partnerships, Sales Management, and Construction. 

Not only that, Andrew also has extensive experience in both Technical and Product Management and Project Management and is renowned for his high attention to detail and rapport with clients.
